There are some basic principles that govern what kind of results you will get from any given training program. In this podcast I go over some of the basic training principles and how they apply to us as mountain bikers. I then look at how two popular training programs stack up against these training principles and why they may not be the best option for mountain bikers to increase their in trail performance.
