I realized a few months ago that in order to get a good idea of my training philosophies for mountain biking you had to read several articles and listen to a few podcasts. Since I've had a lot of people coming across my stuff for the first time in the last few months I decided to sit down and do a podcast covering my entire philosophy. It is a little over an hour long but it will give you a complete idea on how to best improve your riding performance and how everything ties together.
