Gear Review - Adjustable Seatpost: My adjustable seatpost is one of my favorite new parts on my bike. However, I tell you how to get the most out of it the Ride Strong way...
Training Tip - Trail Strength: If you don't want to waste your time in the gym or with your training program then you need to understand the concept of trail strength and how to get more of it.

Great content, fantastic site. Your videos have completely revolutionised my gym workout and radically improved my riding.
I love podcasts and listen a wide selection mostly from the BBC, NPR & the Guardian. Along side those the sound quality of yours is dreadful, almost as if you recorded it with a peg on your nose!
Please invest in some quality recording equipment!
